The research is in, kids will eat fruit at school. They just have to have a chance to "taste test" it several times until it kind of grows on them. And fruit that looks good gets eaten so the stuff has to look good. The brightest color, the shiniest skin may do the trick.
Fruit has sugar. And sugar means carbohydrates. Too much of either and health stops being part of the equation.

A FEW MORE IDEAS
freeze dried fruits may be just the way to get your kids to eat fruit. (lots of sugar though). If you have hardcore fruit resisters; maybe more drastic measures are needed. Give Raisels a try.
